1) RENEW LABS Corporation. (hereinafter referred to as “the Company") complies with domestic personal information-related laws such as the Act on Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization and Information Protection (hereinafter referred to as the "Information and Communication Network Act") and the "Personal Information Protection Act", and thoroughly protects the personal information of users of RenewTok service (hereinafter referred to as "members").

2) In order to actively protect the personal information of members, the company has enacted and complied with the personal information processing policy. Through the personal information processing policy, the purpose of collecting members' personal information and how it is protected are transparently disclosed.

3) The company's personal information processing policy may be modified, deleted, and supplemented in accordance with relevant laws, regulations and guidelines, market environment and changes, and changes in the company's internal operation policy. Purpose of collecting and utilizing of personal information and communication networks

1) The personal information of members is used to provide stable services provided by the company, such as confirmation of membership and withdrawal intention, identification of members for customer support and civil complaints, and for minors you represent that you are at least 19 and that you are the parent or consent of guardians (legal representatives) of users of such a member who are under the age of 14 dependent’s use of the services.

2) Personal information is used to check the quality of products and services provided by the company, to check and change the compensation policy (points, rewards and other) of the service, to request improvement and listen to opinions, and to check the details of various complaints raised by members.

5) In addition, personal information is used to protect members and operate services, such as delivering notices to members, preserving records for dispute mediation, and sanctioning various civil complaints.

1) The Company website/platform contains links to other websites. Our privacy policy applies only to our website, so if you click on the link to another website, you should read their privacy policy.

2) The Company is not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with third parties that we may link to or who advertise on our services, but are not affiliated with our services. The services may link to third-party websites, online services, or mobile applications and/or contain advertisements from third parties that are not affiliated with us and which may link to other websites, services or applications.

If the company decides to change and update this privacy policy as necessary to stay compliant with relevant law, we will post those changes on our website so that members and users are always aware of what information we collect, use disclose.
